I decided to opet one topic for all my questions. So.. I have:
- G. Skill Ares 4x4GB 1333MHz DDR3 RAM. - I got it for 65% of price (new).
- XFX Core Edition 450W power supply - beast.. best 450W PS ever made.
- Old 320GB SATA II hard (I checked it,still works without mistakes,no need to buy new one,I only use 100GB of hard max).
- ASUS Xonar DG 5.1 soundcard.

I'm 100% buying this components:
- XFX R9 280A - Only R9 graphic card which needs 200W only (All other Sapphire models are 250-275W).
- Intel 520 SSD.

Now.. I have question about processor + motherboard. I can get two:
- Intel i5 4690 + Asus Z97-A / ASrock Z97 Extreme 4.
- Intel i7 3770 + Asus P8Z77-V LX.

Price window between MB+Proc options is 30$.

Is is worth to sacrifice motherboard for i7 proc,or I should go with i5 and better MB?

EDIT:

I use PC for gaming and recording gameplay.

The thing is: I can get I7 with little bit cheaper boards. Or I can get i5 with high end board.

The thing with i5 and Z97 is: I need to buy new sound card, couse they only accept PCI Express sound card, which do cost a lot.

If I take Z87: I can have old sound card + I can get i7 (1150 and 1155).

For the topic: I don't like to overclock components on my PC.

EDIT:

After this: I won't upgrade PC for a long time.

As long as you don't have lots of ssds then a cheap z97 board will be fine, all it needs to do is house your components, and motherboards come with on board audio, so no need to get a sound card but if you get a z87 board with a i5 4690k or a i7 4790k, then you will have to do a bios update which can be quite difficult for someone building their first pc

Prices are crazy for Z77+ in my country. From Z77 to Z97.. all are in 10$ window. F.E. Asus Z97A and Z87A are in 2$ window. Same as Asrock Z97 and Z87 extreme 4.

If I take i7 in 1150,I can get this board: Gigabyte H97 D3H. Is this board ok?

yeah, but you can't overclock , just remember that :)
