How loud will my Gaming pc be

Just wondering how loud the pc i am about to buy will be, Here is a screenshot of the specs http://gyazo.com/d54503f133ff0fb8fc7fed2a57f02d0a

Also there is 2 120mm fans and a corsair 450w psu,

So how loud will it, A) When im gaming
and B) surfing interent, watching a bit of netflix etc..

Not sure about the sound, but I'm pretty sure your power supply isn't going to cut it for a R9 280x GPU. The minimum for a 280X is 500w.

It will be fine im pretty sure, the CPU is very power conservative ( i will upgrade in the future ) and all other parts dont require many watt's

Hm, well I don't imagine the computer will be very loud at all. It depends what game it is and how hard it's going to be pushing the PC.
