Reinstalling clean Windows 8 with OEM license and no media

Where can i download a clean installation? I only found microsoft's version that doesn't work with OEM license. I do not have recovery media, nor does my computer allow me to do a refresh/reset, it says it's missing files so I need to download an installation. Please help :/

You'll probably have to obtain the install media from whoever you got the PC from.

I was affraid I have to do that. Because it's really a long trip to the store, so i'm hoping there is another solution somehow..

Where/what store did you get it from? They may have some online source.

With OEM, the entity that sells it to you is on the hook for providing new install media. Not MS.
