I was playing TF2 yesterday and my computer restarted three times in one session. Also, for some reason, whenever i touch the cable that plugs my tv (which im using as a monitor at the moment) into the wall, the tv shuts off and goes black. Is this related to the restarts? Yesterday i had to hook up a new power supply, "RAIDMAX HYBRID 2 RX-730SS 730W ATX12V V2.2/ EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Modular Power Supply, New Version with Build-in LED Fan On/Off Switch", and these are my specs.

GPU: AMD R9 270X
CPU: AMD FX-8320
HDD: WD 1TB veolociraptor
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB one stick
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3 AM3+ AMD 760G + SB710 HDMI USB 3.0 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
Case: Rosewill Line-M

Solution
Honestly you need to replace that PSU. It is a hazard to your computer and we can't solve this problem until you replace it. I do believe this is 100% the problem.

Get an antec, XFX, Seasonic unit. Even EVGA ones are good too. Raidmax is as bad as it gets. I have seen plenty of toasted systems and even a fire from Raidmax PSUs.
That PSU is 100% trash and can easily fry your computer. ONLY get a PSU from Antec, XFX, Seasonic, EVGA (higher end models).

Raidmax is one of the worst companies there is for PSUs. You are lucky that your computer is just shutting down and not completely frying. Replace that time-bomb ASAP.

Also, what are your CPU and motherboard temps?

It could be something to do with the TV situation... what kind of TV are you using? Is it plugged in via VGA, DVI, etc? When you say you "touch the cable and the tv goes black" do you mean the power cable or video cable?

That seems pretty strange... have you tried a different power cable with the TV? And possibly plug it into a different outlet?
