Where do I put Anti Static wrist strap?

I have read that you can put it on your case or PSU fan that is plugged in but I'm going to mount my PSU fan side down so I cant do that and can I put it anywhere on the case (That is metal)? I am getting a CM Storm Stryker (White)

Honestly, don't even use it. Just build the computer on a hard surface and you will be fine. It is REALLY hard to hurt parts with static.

I have seen more beginners mess up computes while using a wristband incorrectly than anything else.
