My PC dont want to turn on

When i turn on my PC, the cpu fans and other fans go high speed, then my PC turns off..and that goes on like 8-9 times, then my PC turns on finally..
When i restart my pc, the fans go high speed again, then the pc just turns off...
Ram dont made me that problem..i thing its the MOBO or the PSU..
Pls help me out

Best bet is to get your hands on a PSU you can test with. Definitely sounds like the issue is the power supply. Might have to resign yourself to the fact that you'll have to pony up for a new one. Don't half ass it and get a cheapo just to test if you can afford it.

I will get a PSU tommorow from my friend..i think dat the PSU made me this problems..a rail fail or something, because the voltage is probably dmg-ed...however, i will report back tommorow or in 2-3 days...
