I need to update my Graphic driver (ATI Radeon 6700) because its causing bluescreens, so the problem was that i could not update the whole system, i had Fail at the Video and the Audio, the error message was: you must be a member of Administration group, i ran my PC as a administrator but i got the same error. what to do now?

What operating system are you using? If win 7/ vista, go to the start menu, click on your picture, click on change your account type, and select admin. That is one way to do it.

Uninstall the drivers first. This should not happen if you have an administrator account. The driver or Windows is at fault.

this is what i did: 1. downloaded the ATI radeon auto detector (i have Radeon 6700). 2. then i started it so it so it detected the updates which i needed for my type of windows, then the program started the update, when it was finished it toled me that i have two erros, the program couldnt update the Video and the Audio parts, but the rest like C++ was correctly updated, the reason of this fail codes was that i wasnt the member of administrator, and i think this is the main reason why i get bluescreens after 10 mins when i play games
