Just picked up a GTX 295 for £10, works perfect.

Just curious to know how would it compare to a 700 series GTX card. Where does it stand in terms of FPS Performance? (I know it uses alot of power for the performance but that doesn't bother me)

I might pick another up for SLI, what sort of PSU would be needed? 750W? 850W?

Thank You,

Solution
The GTX 295 is limited due to no DirectX 11 support and less than 1 GB of VRAM, but it performs nearly as fast as a GTX 760. You will need at least an 850w PSU for SLI. Great price for that GPU.

The 295 on here is pulling decent framerate on BF3 at max, but compared to its older brethren at the top of their respective totem poles, the 580, 680, and 770 (improved 680) it gets outpaced pretty quick over time

Needless to say, cards have come a long way since the 295.
