I was hoping to add another graphics card to this build I was wondering if upgrading to the xfx 750w would be enough to power this build

I think it will power it but you will be on the edge of the PSU capacity, you should get a 850 watt psu.So would the xfx 850w be suitable for the build then

Yes this PSU will be enough for this build. Your system will draw power like 610-615W. It would be plenty for your build. No issue there. But make sure you get 80+ Gold minimum.Ok I'll do that then but is there any better 850w gold+ power supplies for around £115 or is the one I chose good enough

Yes, but I would drop crossfire and get a single card like a GTX780 or a r9 290. Also that version of 7 you have listed looks fishy as hell, more than likely it is not legit.I have windows 7 professional but thats not the one I bought I just put it there to show I have windows 7 professional
and would the gtx 780 or r9 290 get better performance than two r9 270x or slightly less performance or even more but are most sufficient since there one card

The best 850w on the planet.
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant
Power Supply: EVGA 850W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply (£94.99 @ Amazon UK)
Total: £94.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available
Generated by PCPartPicker 2014-08-06 18:10 BST+0100
Summary
Buy one. Do I really need to say anything else at this point? Once again, EVGA has something awesome here the competition can't seem to touch price wise. Performance? There are better units, yes. Not very many, but they exist. The real story here is how EVGA keeps managing to offer this kind of performance and still be more affordable than nearly everything else out there, and they have pretty much found perhaps the only OEM on Earth capable of doing it for them. It's got to be real nice being EVGA right now.
The Good:
outstanding ripple suppression
excellent voltage regulation
fully modular
semi-fanless mode
nice blacked out cabling
The Bad:
nothing at all
The Mediocre:
reviewing awesome units is getting dull... where's that gutless wonder in my pile? Second in line? Well, at least I'm guaranteed something interesting in all the wrong ways in a couple weeks...

For a system using two AMD Reference Design Radeon R9 270X graphics cards in 2-way CrossFire mode AMD specifies a minimum of a 700 Watt or greater system power supply. The power supply should also have a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 42 Amps or greater and have at least four 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.
Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Sufficient Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) is the most critical factor.
Overclocking of the CPU and/or GPU(s) may require an additional increase to the maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current ratings, recommended above, to meet the increase in power required for the overclock. The additional amount required will depend on the magnitude of the overclock being attempted.
XFX Pro Series 750W P1-750X-XXB9
• OEM: Seasonic
• maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 62 Amps
• four (6+2)-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors
• Semi-Modular Output Cables: Yes
• Official Intel Haswell Compliance: Yes
• 80 PLUS BRONZE Efficiency Certification
• 5 Year Limited Warranty
It's way more than enough for your system configuration.

The performance would be about the same but it newer games the 780 and 290 would perform better since they have more vram(2 2gb 270xs will still only have 2gb of usable vram). Usually its better to get a single faster video cad over 2 slower cards. That MSI motherboard is not going to oc a 8350 very well due its its limited VRMs. for a 970 board get the Gigabyte 970A-UD3P, otherwise spring for a 990 chipset.

That power supply looks amazing I am going to get that one but do you think I should buy another r9 270x to make crossfire or sell my r9 270x and get a gtx 780 or an r9 290/x
