First gaming computer build - CPU/MoBo question

I'm building my first gaming PC and have one main question before I pull the trigger. I'm deciding between the AMD8320 with a Gigabyte 970 mobo, or the AMD8350 with a Gigabyte 990FX mobo.

The 8320/970 is about $70 cheaper, but how much more power would I get by going with the 8350/990X?

Stick with the FX8320. Its the same chip. they just overclock the 8350 to get that boost in speed. Buy the 8320 and try to overclock it a little at a time until you get the same speeds. Get a better cooler though . dont try to overclock with the stock cooler.
