Having trouble with display port

So i bought a 4k monitor and the display port cable it come with doesnt support 4k @ 60hz and i am having great difficulty finding one that does in the uk as i have read you need one with HBR2.
can someone pls link me to one

According do displayport.org all display port cables support HBR2 and all you need is just a standard display port 1.2 cable. (checked and only 10 bucks on amazon uk)
