Here is my problem...

When i start my computer it normally goes to the Windows 8 start logo starts spinning the little circles and freezes and then i see a sad face ( :( ) and it says that my pc has run into a problem and after it collects some data it will restart for me. After it collect data and goes to restart ,witch takes 2 - 3 seconds, it boots normally with the windows 8 logo and now it says ,below the logo , Preparing Automatic repair. Then the little circles appear and it spins 2 or 3 times and the i get the blue screen again! After a second or two it restarts again and dose the same thing all over again! If someone could help me i'l be very happy!

Are you able to see the error when you get the bluescreen (BSoD) error it should look something like VAL_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION (that is just an example). If you don't get enough time to see the message see if your able to strike F8 when you see the logo to get into safe mode. Also have you installed any new programs or hardware if so this could be a case of malware or a hardware incompatibility/defect. Try to see if you can get the error message or boot into safe mode if so we can proceed to troubleshoot windows. This next part is if you have UEFI. UEFI is the replacement for the old BIOS system you usually enter by hitting esc, F2, or DEL on the keyboard as soon as you turn on the PC. If you have UEFI it usually comes with a set of diagnostic tools that may be able to shed some light on the issue. If you have a BIOS and not UEFI it may have some tools if not the OEM may have another partition on the HDD that has the tools.

Thank
you very much for your solution but for some reason im not able to get into safe mode in my computer. I have read on MANY posts that i should use the Windows 8 Installation disk but when i put in the disk and set it as boot device it start with the Windows 8 logo and spins like once and then freezes and gives me the blue screen and after a half of a second it restart again.... With that said im coming to the conclusion that there might be something wrong with my Motherboard (i have tried resetting the motherboard by removing the little battery on my board but it did not help ). Next, no i have not installed any new software or hardware on my PC so i dont think it is the problem... Something i forgot to mention is that this happed when i was opening my PC case to reorgenize some of my fans because my Graphics card was overheating and its drivers were shutting down but sucessfully recover...(I did remove the graphics card to see if i could put it in some other shape or form to get my fans to of more use to me!) This has hapend to me before and i just had to update my drivers for my Graphics card and it was all going well after that! (But now i cant even get into safe mode to do that or even start windows...) And i'm unable to do anything in bios accept to change some setting and that's it... Fell free to PM me of E-mail me if you need something more so you could help me if you want! Still... Thank you for your solution!
