Celeron G1620 2.7GHZ Bottleneck AMD 6950?

Would a Celeron G1620 cpu bottleneck a AMD 6950 is basically all i want to know as my cousin has a zoostorm pc and im selling him my 6950 so he can game with me... a little help would be nice as i dont want to be selling him something he cant use :/

A simple yes or no on wether it will bottleneck the gpu, will be good enough for me lol, or if its gonna bottleneck it, give me some ideas for a cheap cpu i can recommend him

The pentium for gaming is nearly the same as the celeron. Here's a good way to tell basic comparison of chips:

I'd recommend the i3 3220 for a good gaming processor for that platform and paired with that GPU.
Something like:

You can also go with one of the sandy bridge i3's, but those are ~15% slower in gaming performance than the similarly numbered ivy bridge versions.

Either way, your cousin, if he wants to upgrade, shouldn't go lower than an i3 so he can get hyperthreading and better CPU shared caches which...

Also what cpu do you recommend he gets? cheap as possible ebay UK if possible
