I've done the restore point in the past without an issue. This time, however, the hard drive light just keeps on going and nothing happens (screen is blank; mouse does move). I tried to F8 it but windows won't even load in Safe Mode (or any of the other options). It's the same esult each time....endless running of the hard drive. I have an HP laptop and really haven't had any issues with it until now. I have lots of stuff on my HD that I need!!! I know, back it up... PLEASE help!! Is there anything that can be done to get my computer back up and running??? Thanks folks...
