I have a problem with my Dell mouse, and this mouse came with my Dell Inspiron One 19. The mouse won't let me scroll anymore unless if I push the wheel to the left. This is because the part of the mouse that goes into the gear that turns the gear to make the mouse scroll isn't in all the way. Here's what the mouse looks like open. The gear the mouse wheel is supposed to turn when the mouse wheel is rolled by my finger is on the left:
I can also push the gear in the silver to the right to make it turn, but it gets loose again and it stops scrolling. How can I fix this problem?
