R9 290x Crossfire with R9 290

I need to know if I'll be able to do it.

- Can R9 290x can crossfire with an R9 290 without a bridge
- Are the temperatures of the crossfire of these cards with aftermarket coolers under 86C?
- Will it run on a system with a 4790k with 850W Gold?
- Will the next generation have a card that uses the Hawaii architecture that could be Crossfire'd with the 290x? (Just like how the 280x is Tahiti and can crossfire with the HD 7970.)

- Probably no, 300 series cards are supposed to come out with a completely different architecture, however some rebranding may be possible, but in that case you are simply getting same old 290s with a different name (and maybe degraded clocks too).

Thanks, I suppose by the time the R-300 comes out, the 290 should be cheaper.
