R9 290 Windforce 3x all fans not spining

Suddenly my fans stop spining on Graphic card,
all 3, but GPU works fine, just, it is hot lol

Anyway, what is the reason for it?
On the FANs output there is no voltage, i mesured with "voltmeter" and there is no output...
strange

And if this is completly dead can i put this on

Make sure the Fans Controller is correctly installed and If yes then I recommend switching off the GPU till you find the fix as its not good to have it like this.

Ensure the card is sat firmly in its PCIe x16 slot and that the PSU power connectors are securely attached.

Sometimes cards 'creep' out of their slot due to the PCB expanding and contracting as it heats and cools. A connector on the PSU power connectors from the Graphics Card to the PCIe x16 slot can occasionally stop making contact resulting in such behaviour.

so, i have 2x r9 290 wf3,
so i messured voltage on 4pin output on working one and noone working one,
pins on working voltages
pin1+2=12v
pin1+4=2V
on not working one
pin1+2=5v
pin1+4=2v

so on pin1+2 only 5 voltages. this means something burned?

BTW this card is not under warranty...
