Final Gaming System Review?

Will this be able to handle 1080p gaming at 60 fps? Maybe even 1440p? For most modern games, anyway. I have a few hundred dollars to increase upwards if there are any suggestions to really give it a push in performance.
I will only be using one screen at either 1080-1440p resolution for games, not looking to dual screen.

Of course this one will have better performance, but I dont want to spend the $1700 if it is just going to have about 200-300 dollars in overkill for what I'm looking for.
