Can I add another 780 into SLI with my same power supply?

Yes it should be fine. Nvidia recommends 850W so you're in the golden range.

The power requirements of the 780 is around 250W so if two of them take 500W at peak that leaves 350w for the rest of your rig. Personally I think you would be okay with that power supply.

yes you can but do you really need a second 780 with a single 1080p monitor? I would grab something that would actually use it like triple monitor or 1440p and up.

3 monitors isn't worth it unless you play lots of racing sims/flight sims. The extra view distracts in FPS games and etc, and games render 2 monitors and stretch them across 3, so it's very odd to look at.

Get a good 4K or 1440P monitor if you're gonna get 2 SLI 780s.
