I got the money, but i dont want to waste, im not rich. I think fx 6300 is a bit bad without oc even my old one has 2,9ghz which i got for free and i dont like to oc, so rather then buying £40 cooling system i would spend to fx 8350 and stay with stock or this would be waste of money as most games us 4 cores and other 2 cores for multitasking

More about : 8350 overkill 270x

The fx 8350 is not overkill for the r9 infact they both do not bottleneck! Its like a perfect couple, so no the fx 8350 is not overkill for the r9 270x.

no they are perfectly balanced .......dont take the r9 270x lightly its pretty good card for the price and can compete with the gtx 760 yet the gtx 760 is better though...

fx 6300 can be overclocked from 3.5 to 4.5 ghz safely apparently

8350 is definetly better than the 6300 but if u have budget issues then go for 6300 oc it and u will get good performance in gaming ....

This is what i'd do if your budget is ~450: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/b8ZLdC
Intel CPUs are far superior in single threaded performance (by almost 40%), most games use a max of 4 threads. You would have to OC the 8350/6300 to 5ghz + to even compare to the i5 in games.

The 6300 will be fine in gaming , invest in a better PSU like this one : http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550s...

what if later, way later 1 -3 years i decide to buy another 270x and crossfire then 6300 defianatly bottleneck gpu

You'll need to then upgrade your PSU and stuff , You're better off buying a stronger single card as Crossfires aren't all that supported and then your CPU won't bottleneck ;)

Well intel CPUs perform about 40% faster per thread... making them far superior for gaming.

cx series are not ment for gaming its for home ofice use so it has overclocking limits so if you want to go with corsair go for the rm/hx/ax series...
