Can you put 8gb ram in a Vostro230?

Hello,
I have seen a lot of people say that you can put 8gb in a vostro 230, and some that say you can't. I am just curious of if you can or not. Also, would this ram be suitable for this computer if so? kingston RAM 4GB 1333MHz PC3-10600 DDR3 DIMM Desktop Memory. Thanks!

Well I currently have 3gb, which isn't doing the job. I usually have tons of programs open, and while I've heard four might cut it, I figured I might as well put in eight for some breathing room. Thanks for the reply too.
