Looking for a budget I7 build

Hello everyone, i am lookin for a budget I7 build, my budget it around 1,200 Dollars (It would be preferable to go lower but it is not necessary) My main use of out the build would be gaming and rendering files in Adobe premier and after effects.

What all is included in the budget? Monitor, keyboard, mouse, OS? Here's a build that includes the tower and OS, but no monitor, keyboard, or mouse.
