What will happen when I reconnect a previously used and full SSD to my computer?

Hi all, I disconnected my old SSD and HHD from my Win 7 system. I installed a new SSD and reinstalled Win 7 on it. I have a lot of stuff on my old hard drives that I would like to get at and use. What will happen if I reconnect them to my computer? Do I have to make any changes to the BIOS before or after installing the old hard drives?

As long as the new ssd is set to be the first boot device you can access the other drives.

Now if your files have special write permissions on them or encryption then you could run into difficulties there.
