what does all these score means ? are they noticeable for human eye?

They are synthetic Benchmarks that you should not really consider when deciding on a CPU.

If you are building a machine that uses a dedicated graphics card(for gaming for example), then DO NOT get the A8 6600K.
The FX 6300 is a better CPU but lacks integrated graphics, which is not something you want to use if you are gaming anyway.
