What would you recommend to play Rome Total War 2 maxed out without any problems?

Solution
So you're looking to upgrade your GPU?
Since you already have a working PC, you should wait a month until Nvidia announce their new GTX 800 series. The GTX 860 or 870 should suit your needs perfectly. :)
If you can't wait, tell me your budget and I'll find you the best value GPU out right now.

Yeah, I thought that it was the graphics card that was the lowest performing piece of the puzzle. So based off my other parts, will the new 800 series Nvidia cards bring me to my goal or is there a need for either more RAM or a faster CPU or can I get away with it with just the GPU? And yeah, Rome 2 is a heavy hitting game no doubt.
