As of right now i have a GT 430 not even a GTX just a GT so its time to upgrade i have around 160$ budget (I don't want to plan on running any new top of the line games) these are some of the cards i looked at. If none of these are good all recommendations are welcome but preferably from tiger direct.
I just want something that can run games like CSGO, BF3, TF2, Maybe DayZ at a decent steady fps.

MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti:

For the games you listed the 750 TI can hold its own no problem. The 270 is if you want to venture into games like BF4 or Crysis 3, where the 750 will not be as powerful. Obviously more power comes with more PSU requirements so check that first,.

Here is the PSU tier list - it'll help you figure out what PSU to buy.

What about the GTX 660?
I compared the specs between the 660 and the r9.
Although the r9 can support a higher resolution(i have a 22in monitor and 32in TV).
The 660 has a Core Clock of 1046MHz where the r9 has 920 the 660 also has a higher Memory clock of 6008MHz where the r9 has a Memory clock of 5600MHz. Im not questioning your choices i was just wondering why the r9 is better if the 660 has better specs. Im completely new to upgrading.

I forgot to add will my CPU bottleneck the GPU?
CPU: Pentium (R) Dual-Core E5700 @ 3.00GHz

and would a 550W PSU be enough?

What's the minimum wattage it needs, I only have 350w in my current pc

Depends. Which brand? Also your +12v rail info on the card.

For just a gtx 750 there's no doubt that a 350 watt should be able to handle it. But par my knowledge, it'd be most likely fine with a gtx 750 ti sc, but possibly risky if it's a stock psu(ie hp or dell)
