no not at all. there's not much you can do sadly but feel free to put your cpu and your ram on, depending on the heatsink you can maybe put that on. that's about all you can do though without the case
. a good thing to do however before you throw it in the case is make sure all that parts work. get a non conductive surface and assemble your parts on that and make sure they all work. to start the computer u can use a key or anything like that and touch the 2 power prongs together on the motherboard.
