I think it would be ok. Depending on what else you have in your computer.

You'll notice that that link recommends a PSU 100 watts more powerful than what Nvidia recommends on their website. This is because the manufacturer usually states the minimum power required to run the car,. A GPU at max load draws considerably more power.
Your PSU should be fine. Just don't connect a tonne of hard drives simultaneously.

A GeForce GTX 750ti needs 20amps on the 12v +rail and a 350 - 400w power supply.
A 750ti will also run on a decent 300w,
You have more than enough power.
The StealthXStream2 500w has 3 - 18 amp 12v rails and is more than sufficient for your specs.

To be honest... with a PSU, you are going to get what you pay for. I always go silver+ with my PSU's. The one you linked above should be fine.

The Silentium product has a better range of connectors attached to the PSU. I'd choose that.
Bear in mind however, that the Wattage on the Silentium is insufficient to power a GPU that might need all the connectors it provides. However, the Stealth is no more powerful, so I'd choose the Silentium.

Look above the StealthXStream2 is more than enough and Silentium is an unknown company in the PSU world.
