Decided I wanted to try and upgrade my cpu and motherboard myself. That was mistake one.
The components are as follows:
■AMD A10 5800K
■ASROCK FM2A88M Extreme 4+
■Corsair Vengeance 4x2 1600 DDR3 ram
■600 Watt PSU
■1TB Seagate HDD
I can turn on the power and all of the fans power on, as well as the hdd, but none of my peripherals are getting power and my monitor isn't receiving any type of signal. That's what I'd like to fix first. I don't know what is going wrong to prevent both the onboard and plugged in usb's from working. I also don't understand why my monitor isn't getting any signal.
