ASUS A55BM-A mobo
MSI nVidia GeForce GTX 760.
si i was thinking ill keep my gpu, and was thinking about upgrading to an intel i5 4670k along with a nice motherboard...

Check if there is a better pin-compatible AMD processor. That will save you from having to replace the motherboard. Check your PSU, some of those AMD processors are a bit power-hungry. But for gaming you will get very good results. The cost of the mobo can then maybe go towards your CPU upgrade.

However, no doubt that IMHO the i5 sits at the top of every gaming rig. :)

That's a little tight, but you may just make it. Do you want to overclock or are you going to run it standard?

dont get a z77 mobo not even compatible. a z97 mobo is overclockable and the newest one that if you wanted to upgrade you could use the 300 on just a cpu not cpu and mobo. a h97 mobo is not overclockable but can be upgraded this fall aswell just like the z97 mobo. A i5 4690k is lower in price than a 4670k.
