Hello i am wondering what size power supply would i need to run a HP Z800 motherboard? I will be using only one CPU in it for now. Also it would be great if someone could please tell me if a Intel Xeon X5650 Processor (socket 1366). Would work in the motherboard?

You can't change the power supply in that hp workstation the motherboard and PSU in it are proprietary , which means they are specific to that motherboard and power supply.......Sorry

You have to get the exact power supply made for it from hp.

It doesn't run standard ATX power supplies.
