So im going to build new rig and im not sure if these parts work together and are good. This is going to be mainly a gaming pc and i'd play games like Dayz Cs:go and bf3. What kind of performances i get with this? Im NOT going to overclock.

CPU: AMD FX-8350 ( Should i go for fx-8320 instead since its 30€ cheaper??)
CPU Cooler: CM 212 EVO
MOBO: Asus M5A97 R2.0 (Is there need to take M5A97 EVO?)
GPU: Asus R9 280 3GB
PSU: XFX 550W 80+ bronze
RAM: 2 sticks of Kingston HyperX Fury 4gb 1600mhz
Case: Cooltek Antiphon
HDD: WD Blue 1tb
OS: Win 8

Total cost: 851,5€

I have 2 Asus vx38h 23" monitors so is that gpu good for that? Is 550W enough? And do i have to update bios or anything like that? Or is it just build and install os (and all drivers ofc)? Since i didnt put dvd drive cause i dont really need that so how i create usb bootable drive then? Just copy stuff from cd? Im kinda new to this so excuse me.

Solution
You should get 4.2 out of it. Maybe even 4.5. They get hot though, so watch temps.

See http://rog.asus.com/216552013/crosshair-motherboards/guide-overclocking-fx-8350-to-4-8ghz-on-crosshair-v-formula-z/ - need a real good cooler to get to 4.8

I would recommend not going with the AMD FX processors, since they are too far behind Intel processors at this point for even the price-performance ratios to make sense.

If you do stick with that build, and aren't overclocking, you don't need an aftermarket cooler, the stock AMD ones are fine, if a little loud sometimes. For the dual monitors, the GPU will drive them fine, just note that that particular GPU has a DVI-D, DVI-I, HDMI, and DisplayPort output, so you'll be using different outputs for each monitor.
