My gtx 680 is broken! So far i stuck it in 2 computers and it has the same results.

Computer doesn't detect it and the fan is so loud. Contacted palit support about it but no response.

What should I do?

If the card is under warranty then RMA it for repair/replacement.

If you've tried different drivers (non-Beta ones) and made sure you completely uninstalled the old drivers then it is indeed a hardware fault.

To completely uninstall old drivers goto Control Panel > System > Device Manager > Display Adapters > Right-Click your GPU and select 'Properties' > click the Drivers Tab > Click 'Uninstall'[/] then goto Add/Remove Programs and ensure your drivers aren't listed there - if they are, uninstall them.

The problem would be that I bought the gpu from ebay along with the whole desktop setup. So its hard for me to get a receipt, and this was bought last year.

Do you have a separate Paypal/credit card payment receipt for the GPU? Sometimes RMA companies will accept a Paypal/Credit Card receipt as proof of purchase.
