Mobo error code "AE" HELP

I built a brand new pc, everything properly plugged in, SATA cables in order of CD/DVD drive then HDD. Everytime i start it up, everthing runs. No monitor image and post code AE shows up on bottom of mobo.

What motherboard is it? My friends mobo kept giving that error. We cleared the CMOS and reset and it worked, with no other effort. Brand new everything. No OS on HD yet.
