I'm trying to fix a somewhat old computer that's recently stopped booting. On power-up, I get a single short beep, as though it's POSTing correctly, but after a delay of ~10 seconds, I get a second short beep. If there isn't a keyboard plugged in, there will be two short beeps after the delay. Throughout this, I don't see any video output.

I've tried resetting CMOS, replacing the CMOS battery, moving/reseating RAM, and moving/reseating GPU. It will give the correct POST beeps for missing RAM and GPU when appropriate. I've disconnected all drives, PCI cards (sound, network), and case fans. The only external devices that are connected are the monitor and keyboard.

Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Basic specs:
Asus P5E Motherboard
Intel E8500 Core 2 Duo
4GB Gskill Ram
GeForce GTS 450
Coolmaster 600W PSU

Oh cool! I didn't know those were a thing! I'll try to get one shortly. I tried a different (known working) video card yesterday, no changes.
