According to this description, what could be failing in my pc?

My PC:

Old Motherboard: Asus H87M-E
New Motherboard: Asus z97-e
Video Card: AMD Radeon R9 270
Ram: Kingston HyperX 8gb x2
Processor: Intel i7-4770, 3.4 GHZ
Power Suply: Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus 600w (Model: RS-600-PCAR)
Liquid Cooler Master Seidon 120M
Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB (Windows installed here)
2Tb Hard drive
750W UPS

Series of events since I bought my pc 6 months ago:

1. After 1-2 weeks: Constant BSOD, store changed memory sticks.

2. After 4 months: Less frequently but It kept happening, so I tried testing another GPU I borrowed, apparently my board didn't recognize it (or died during the process) so I switched mine back, pc wouldn't turn on again.

3. Next thing I do: Sent whole pc back to the store, they changed another memory stick kit, changed UPS (it was failing) and motherboard was announced dead by bent pins. No warranty because that's the user's fault, since I installed it. Actually I didn't check the pins before installing so I don't know if it was actually my fault.

4. I bought a new mobo: The motherboard had a minor scratch on it, I told the store right away (a different one) but tested it. It worked perfectly.

5. Until I opened SOME games: Tried FarCry3, pc apparently shuts off and immediately on, "no signal" on screen, and no power to keyboard (mouse light is always on no matter what). I tried another big game, DayZ, and the same thing happened. I forced it into windowed mode and was able to get to video settings, the resolution wasn't right so I changed it to my native resolution: 1920x1080 and it crashed right away again.

6. Pc works perfectly with another mobo: Did every possible test (no overheating, no loose cables, no nothing), I thought it was a resolution thing but then the problem occurred at ANY MOMENT, playing or not. Suddenly it would turn on at all and discovered the PSU power cord had died, changed it, pc turned on again but problem kept happening. People told me could be the PSU but now my entire pc works perfectly with another motherboard.

7. Took out the mobo and: Noticed a BENT PIN, yes I hate myself I know I did it. My technician took a look at it and noticed what seemed like a burned circuit somewhere in the mobo (maybe dirt but it didn't came off, and well he knows about that stuff), I took pictures of all those things.

8. Back to the store: I sent my new motherboard back, they tested it for a maximum of 3 hours and told me it works fine and that this burned circuit was dirt because they see nothing and they had cleaned the mobo. Also they said the scratch was only on the plastic that covered the mobo's cooler and after taking it off, the board itself had no damage (apparently).

9. They denied a warranty replacement: It was weird but they didn't mention the bent pin and I find it suspicious. They proposed I exchanged the product for another one (you know, that "unsatisfied user" thing). I demanded a day long test and proof that my board has no flaws like they said and they're gonna give me videos and photos (the store is in another city). I just hope they didn't fix the pin to make it work and avoid approving a replacement, because that would be them committing professional suicide.

10. THE QUESTION IS: Can it be possible that it isn't actually the motherboard? My boyfriend's pc is using my memory sticks, GPU and PSU. He has an i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz and a Cooler Master v8. That leaves the ssd (it's perfectly fine, already tested it) and the cpu, which I don't think it's way of failing is giving the problems I had, what do you think? maybe it could be? what damage can I detect if I take the cpu and visually check it? I guess I can just hope it is the board and expect them to have another board with the same quality and price to exchange mine for. :/

As you see I can't be more unlucky, I'll appreciate any help you can give me, thank you!

Yeah I've been told that but like I mentioned, It's been working perfectly with my other components on my bf's motherboard, it haven't had a single failure since then.

Bent pins twice, the pins on the cpu are fine?

The motherboard is i think the asus Z97-A and supports this cpu from the first bios.

didnt know that, but updating BIOS could fix some bugs that might be in the system, wont hurt to try.

No I didn't update the BIOS, the guys in the store told me the only thing they did after I sent it back was updating it, but could it really make the whole pc restart like that?

the cpu doesn't have pins, the gold connectors are apparently fine, unless my noob eye is not seeing something D:
