Take a look at this projected FPS from Titanfall on Game Debate
For the i5-4590 and Gtx 770 from EVGA, on ultra setting I gets 77.5 fps.
For the i5-4690 and Gtx 770 from EVGA, on ultra setting I gets 71.4 fps.
Weird, huh? And I thought the i5-4690 would perform a tad bit better than the i5-4590, guess not.

Solution
Both an i5-4590 and i5-4690 are so strong that the video card is always the bottleneck.

The ~6 fps deficit on the i5-4690 is just random. Framerates can be expected to fluctuate ~10 fps either way depending on what you're looking at and what part of the game you're in.
Numbers are numbers. Actual performance varies. Plus unless it's tested with just the cpu difference on the same area and exact same replicated scene and what not, I would say the data isn't really something to be concerned with.
