i have this pc:

CPU: Core 2 Duo E7600 3.06 ghz
RAM: 2 Gb
Video: Intel GMA X4500 G41
HDD: SATA 160 Gb + 2 Tb External (USB 2.0)

i know that a integrated device can't do much, so i don't expect too much for this, but i want to know the limitations of my system...
i try to run Morrowind + Expansions without the overhaul mod and worked in medium settings like a charm, but when i mentioned this to a friend of mine on youtube they say i'm crazy to try to run anything 3D on it.
at the same week i see a guy on youtube running Doom 3 BFG Edition on this card, so now i confused. What exactly i can run with this set up without melting my CPU ?

Solution
I also used that igpu for some time, i remember that i played Doom 3 (non bfg edition), tomb raider anniversary, silent hill homecoming (640x480 lol), gta 3, vice city and san andreas, and i used a pentium E5400, which is slower than your E7600. Most games that came out before 2007 should run on it.

i really not a hadcore gamer, the most graphic intensive games that i want to play is torchlight 2, diablo 2, morrowind, oblivion...i use the pc more for office type softwares and browser games...
i have a NVidia GT 220 that was from my old machine, do you think will be better if i put him on or just stick with this one...

Use that GT220, is better than the gma x4500, you should be fine playing those at low-medium settings.
