Here's what you Should Go With
FX6300 , 1 TB Blue , 550W PSU From XFX , Your Mobo , Same Ram , 120Hz monitor will be useful in the future , Windows 8.1 65 Bit , R9280/7950 and a good air cooler

Good Build.. If you plan on heavy overclocking get the Corsair H100i
The GPU looks good but may I suggest the r9 280x (newer tech)
A 650W PSU (probably Seasonic brand) should do
If you can try to get yourself an SSD

Get a gigabyte 970a ud3p motherboard. R9 280x gpu. xfx 650w PSU.

Monitor wise, wouldn't matter in my opinion. 120Hz would help eliminate some screen tearing.

Ram, go with the cheapest CAS9 1600Mhz RAM.

Well you're not going to be able to do much better than my build plus a monitor.
