Cooler can handle a10-6800k OC

Can my cooler master hyper 212x handle a 4.8ghz overclock on my amd a10-6800k? if not what's the best OC i can squeeze using this cooler. Thanks

if your using the igpu then idk, if not then probably, depending on how much vcore it needs.

That is a high overclock, I'd get a H80i or H100 liquid cooler, that way you won't have problems.

I wont use the igpu. if i won't replace the cooler what the highest OC i can do?

That depends, some might need 1.4 vcore for 4.6 while some might need only 1.2 vcore for 5.2ghz (very rare). It will depend on how good your cpu is.

Someone hit 4.8ghz at 1.45625v had a h100i, you should be able to hit 4.7 @ 1.429v with your cooler.Try not to overclock the graphics at the same time

ok so right now, I'm at 4.3 and no problem so far. Probably i can do it safely at 4.6. What's the advisable voltage? and I'm oc'ing using AMD overdrive.
