For my first build, I do not wish to overclock my gpu or cpu, because I do not want to take any risks to my first build.
Also, I will be using stock coolers.

Some said if I don't OC my cpu, I should buy FX 6350 because it has higher clock.
However, FX 6300 is 20 USD CHEAPER!!!

So, if you were me, which one would you buy?

Yes it's one of the better 970 chipset boards and will support a decent overclock for people interested in overclocking. Even if you aren't going to, it'll help keep the fx 6350 more stable because it's an overclocked 6300.
The fx 6350 will be warmer and most likely will be suggested to get an aftermarket cooler on it. The 6300 will do fine. Even for a non-overclocking build, the 6300 will still do fine.

The fx 6350 is a fx 6300 overclocked. Which means, basically you'd be looking at something that uses more power, and probably needs a motherboard with a bit extra to stay stable on the out of the box clocks. If you go with a cheaper motherboard, the fx 6350 might need more voltages possibly as well.

The only physical difference between the FX 6300 and FX 6350 is the cooler you attach . The stock 6300 model is a small alumina extrusion , The 6350 has a heat pipe cooler the same as the 8 core cpu's

The smart money says buy a 6300 and an aftermarket cooler
This http://pcpartpicker.com/part/zalman-cpu-cooler-cnps10xoptima is $30 and much better and quieter than either stock cooler .

AMD software lets you OC with little risk . The Feature manager /Catalyst Control center lets you OC with a couple of mouse clicks . It advances the multiplier a step at a time and stress tests to see the cpu is at a safe temperature . When it detects high temps it stops and then lets you select any temp up to that maximum .
My FX 6300 hit 4.8 Ghz using this software, But mostly I keep it at 4.2 so I can have the case fans and cooler fan on their lowest settings . I prefer the quiet

I do not want to OC my CPU!!!
So, some said if I don't OC my cpu, Stock Cooler will just do fine...

My question is if I'm not going to oc my cpu, is FX 6350 worth 30 dollars more then FX 6300?
30 dollars doesn't matter too much to me.
However, if I can save 30 dollars, that will be great!
(I do not really want to consider other cpu, because I'm on budge)

FIrst of all, Im on budge!

I will not OC, so I won't probably buy a AFM cooler...

So, if I use stock cooler, will FX 6350 be fine?
