Can a 230W smps run a Asus Geforce GT 630

Hello guys, i have a friend who's gonna be buying a Asus gt 630 but he has a smps consisting of only 230W. So i was wondering if the gpu can run on the 230W smps with no problem ?

Asus indicates their GT 630 has a TDP of 75w, which is more than a quarter of your friend's total output, and that's assuming extreme efficiency to start with.
