GTX 780 not performing at max in Battlefield 4?

Solution
100%? something isn't right. running the card at stock with no overclock the temps may barely break 70c, but the fans should be at roughly 50-60%.

run unigine valley in the extreme hd benchmark and let me know what your score is.
if that pic of the monitor is you playing zavod, your card isn't even going into its p0 state, and probably not even going to p1 since its sitting at 0.950v instead of the 1.150(or about) where it should be. it doesn't appear your temps are causing you to throttle unless you have set the temp priority unusually low... should be at 80c or 82c or whatever. reset the overclock for starters.

this is one of my valley scores... though my 780 was clocked at 1325mhz on the core during that run.

you should be somewhere close to mine, doubtful you can get your core clock anywhere near mine unless you have a classified... but your score should be above 3000 running the 1080p extreme hd preset. im not sure how you got 9 as a low fps and 230 as a max when i get 33 to 155 fps.
