I need it to be quiet, I already have a GPU, HDD And case (mainly looking for cpu, motherboard, cpu cooler suggestions ect)
edit - I much rather intel CPU's and asus or gigabyte motherboards

thanks

thanks for both of your posts, you see, i already have a pc, but i am upgrading most of it to the point it is bassically going to be a new computer, i have:

GPU: R9 270X (WAY overkill for what i do i know, (i *SOMETIMES* play games, (Skyrim, thats it))
HDD/SSD: WD Blue 1TB and a samsung 840 evo 120Gb
Case: some thermaltake one, I think its a Chaser series
PSU: OCZ 750 WATT Mod xtreme pro
RAM: 8GB of kingston genesis

everything else i am willing to buy again, my budget for these things is about $600 max, if that is not enough to work with i can spend more, thats fine. also I live in Australia

You can spend more if you want, but given that it's a fairly casual PC and you're recycling a bunch then this would likely suffice. The i5 comes with a cooler in the box
