actually u need a full system upgrade motherboard ,processor and the ram but if u cannot afford full upgrade right now then get another 2 gb or 4 gb of ram Photoshop requires good amount of ram and i think its the main reason for the pc getting so slow because windows 7 uses almost 1 gb of ram and with the remaining 1 gb of ram its hard to process Photoshop...plus remember if u have a windows 7 32 bit ten then u cannot upgrade your ram more than 4 gb for that you need to install win 7 64 bit but i think 4 gb would be fine for u ..

Thanks buddy! You're awesome! Just one quick thing: do i REALLY need to upgrade the Video Card? or i can work fine with the one i already have?

as i said that's its up to u upgrading the gpu is not necessary but if u are into gaming then gtx 650 is a low end card for modern games and r9 280 will give u good fps in any modern games at ultra settings at 1080p resolution.....u can upgrade the gpu later on if its too much for u right now...
