I'm in contact with my ISP and we are struggling to get open NAT, (since is Wimax I think we can open NAT only on their backend)
We've tried uPnP enabled, DMZ and opening ports on their backend, but I think the problem is that the ports are not configurated correctly because I have all ports open both TCP and UDP.
Should we specify which protocol to use TCP and or UDP?
ISP has send me a screenshot from their admin backend.

I am very surprised they are even working with you on this. Most broadband isp do not even want to deal with this issue. Pretty much there is no difference between the port mapping on a home router and a enterprise device. The actual method you use is different but it is just a matter of mapping certain ports. The key issue is normally getting this list of ports. The ports and if they are UDP or TCP depend on the application and its requirements there is no general rule you can apply.

The best option would be if the could take a external IP address and map all ports to the ip address they have assigned to you. This is a form of DMZ but it is normally called 1 to 1 nat in larger devices. This in effect assigns you a actual...
