If it's for gaming than just get a
1TB Seagate Barracuda
i5-4690k
Good CPU cooler such as the Corsair H100i AIO water cooler or big air like the Noctua NH-D14
8gb of low CAS latency RAM
See this list for PSU's. Get Tier 1, 2a or 2b. Don't get a Corsair CX PSU and you'll probably only need less than 650w. See XFX for good value PSU's.
Z97 mobo, the 87 is the older model. I'd go for something like an Asus Z97-A
no sound card
and funnel all the money you save into a good GPU and if you really want one for fast boots and load times get an SSD.

Thank you.

Yes everything is and was compatible, although on the Z87 you would need to perform a bios update to use the 4690k, where as on a z97 you will not.

Hi.

I'm From U.K. and 2 heads up.. I have already bought motherboard Z87 and RAM 16 GB but I can easily replace motherboard to Z97. My budget.. I would say about 700 to 800 pounds. and Lets assume we already have the motherboard Z97 and the RAM 16GB.

I assume that budget excludes the motherboard and RAM. This is a very good build that will play all current games maxed out. It is possible to get the same performance in a cheaper build by getting a cheaper 290, cheaper case or getting a big air cooler instead of an AIO water cooler.

If you are looking for good boards around the same price as the Z87, the Z97 Asrock Extreme4 is a great board. It's not really necessary to change the board if it's a big hassle, but if you hadn't bought a board yet than the z97 would be the way to go.

Also read these steps before you build, it might help you avoid some problems you could face being a new builder, although it's mostly plug and play.
