I currently have 220w PSU on my PC with a integrated graphic, however i want to add a graphic card with at least 1GB memory but that requires a higher PSU. Can you guys suggest some 400w+ PSU which can work in HP Slimline s5110uk please? and maybe a decent graphic card for it too if you could.

Look man, Your case is different.. Your PC is old generation 775 Socket type with DDR2.. using GTX750Ti will be ~30% waste of money because your system cannot run data process as fast as GPU, the GTX750Ti overkill +30%.
But yah :)  Just now I see why "kasol kay" choice is perfect.. GTX750Ti Maximum Graphics Card Power (W) is 60W others, +120W but still Minimum System Power Requirement (W) for GTX750Ti is 300W so go for it but don't load to much :)  GL
