Hi. Almost two weeks ago, I built my own PC. It's been working perfectly, up until yesterday. I was playing the game Sleeping Dogs, running at around 50-60 FPS, when suddenly, my FPS reduced to around 30 FPS, with constant drops to less than 20 ever other second or so, making the game totally unplayable. I've tried all other games I have installed, and the same problem is affecting them.

My build:

MSI GTX 780
i5-4670k
8GB RAM (two sticks of 4)
Corsair TX650 power supply
MSI H97 Gaming 3 motherboard
Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDD
PNY 120GB SSD

Like I said, everything has been working perfectly and was working perfectly in-game until it suddenly started happening. Looking at MSI Afterburner, my GPU temperatures are perfectly normal, as is my power usage. I've tried everything I could think of; rebooting the system, using CCleaner, scanning with MalwareBytes, downloading my GPU's latest drivers, etc., but nothing works. Any ideas?

Haha, wow guys, turns out I'm an idiot. When I put my PC together it looks like I never properly inserted the CPU cooler. It was an easy fix, and now I'm running smooth as ever.
