Hi,
If i understand correctly you wish to update your bios? There is no need to reload your O.S. after the update but you might have to change some of your settings i.e. ram fsb etc. I think you can flash your bios by download the file and putting it on a flash drive and then uploading it through the bios in the ! of usb on the back. Just steer clear of BETA bios.
